Share price has been a laggard to its peers
with share price -4.6% since 1st aug while kossan+10%, TOPG+3.6%
and Harta+4.5%. Demand for glove will remain inelastic with strong &
robust annual growth of 8-10% pa over the next few years while recent
outbreak of Ebola in Africa and Enterovirus in US is expected to stoke demand
further. Plant10 and Plant 11 in Meru, Klang has seen the first batch of
lines commissioned in August 2014 with full production expected by year end
bringing total capacity to 24bn p.a. Recent drop in Latex to RM3.84/kg and
stronger USD bodes well for the sector. Trades at undemanding valuation of
10xFY15 PER with dividend yield of 3%. Accumulate with TP: RM3.10 (14xFY15)

support level of RM1.76 despite a stronger set of numbers for 1H2014. Current
orderbook stands at RM1.5bn with Polarled project expected to be its main
contributor in the 2H. Overall tenderbook stands at RM5bn with approx. 3. 5bn
from O&G sector. Company could also be in the running for RAPID projects
via its Wasco Engineering International Ltd while we expect greater
contributions from its 26.9% associate PENERGY. Buy with TP: RM2.20
