Group will benefit from being one of the few remaining large cap
O&G stock that is still Shariah-compliant by the end of November.
It is also a likely candidate for year-end window dressing with its price
that is significantly below its IPO price of RM3.80. Both its weekly &
daily charts, with RSI of 17 & 27 respectively, display near washed-out
sentiments on the stock. Hence any potential contract wins could easily see a
substantial bounce. There were recent reports of up to 10 central processing
platforms(CPP) being tendered out. MHB has tendered for up to RM3-4b worth of
jobs (versus current order book of RM2.3b), with some of the bigger jobs
worth >US$1b. MHB has the largest fabrication yard facilities in Malaysia
and its ultimate parent is Petronas, hence MHB is expected to garner their
fair share of the contracts awarded. Accumulate

Its macd has just cut upwards with a potential break-out from its
RM3.32 resistance. It is a cheaper exposure to the construction sector which
is one of the biggest beneficiary of the recent 2015 Budget (govt has
budgeted >RM160b for infrastructure projects over the next few years) via
IJM’s privatization proposal of IJMLand. IJMLand is trading at 5.4% discount
to current IJM price (0.5 IJM share + 20 sen: 1IJMLand share). IJMLand
minorities will also benefit from the liquidity of IJM shares post
privatization, and at the same time they won’t lose out in valuations as
IJMLand current valuations of PER 11.9x & p/bk 1.3x is quite similar to
IJM’s valuations of PER 12.4x & p/bk 1.2x. Accumulate
