Stock is trading between its 61.8% & 76.4% retracement
of its earlier 4-yr move from 1.20 to 2.92. It successfully tested its
critical support of 1.68 late last week & rebounded with a promising
hammer pattern on the weekly chart. The stk is down 18% ytd despite co
gaining traction in its operations esp its RE division. Phase 1 of the Ladang
Tanah Merah project has completed & Phase 2 that involves waste-to energy
plant has started. The co will generate fees of RM30-40/MT for every MT solid
waste that the landfill collects. Cypark is exp to deliver stronger results
in the qtrs ahead as new RE capacity comes in. Trading at FY10/16 PER of 6.4x
& p/bk of 0.95x vs 5-yr average of PER 8.5x & p/bk 1.9x, Cypark is a
Buy at current level. (TP: RM2.16 FY16 PER 8x)
