The weak MYR bodes well for the group as it derives
c60% of its sales from exports (incl 31% to US) but sources almost all of its
raw material (eg flour & labor) locally. Gross margin is expected to
expand further in FY15 from 40% in FY14. 1H results were in line, and the
favorable macro environment should continue into the rest of the year.
Another major catalyst, the new factory in Pulau Indah, should be
commissioned by 1Q16. This will boost production capacity by 3-4x. Earnings
are projected to grow by 20 & 50% for FY15&16. We see the current
share price weakness an excellent entry point to the stock. Trading at 15x
FY16 (vs F&B sector’s 24x) - Accumulate ( TP RM3.14 on 20x FY16 ).

The share price has jumped c23% over the last 2
months. This was likely on the back of its stable earnings trajectory, strong
free cash flow, growth certainty bound by the concession agreements and
attractive dividend yield of c4-5%. Q1 results were in line. We reckon the
positives have been reflected and price appears fairly valued now. The toll
rates increase for LDP, which were scheduled for increase on Jan 1, 2011, has
been deferred until further notice ( although compensated by the govt). LDP’s
projected traffic growth is only at 2-3% pa. Trading at 15x FY03/16, with RSI
@ 70, we suggest Trim into current strength ( buyback at RM4.60).
