Group is the main beneficiary of BN
government’s commitment to reward the electorates from its “fixed deposit”
state via major infrastructure spending. This is in addition to the existing
policy to develop the Sabah & Sarawak corridor and the renewal energy
SCORE initiatives. CMSB is the main player in the building materials industry
of steel & cement in Sarawak, and is one of the biggest players in the
construction and road maintenance sector. Technically, the stock had a 16%
pull back from its recent high of RM6.10 and is trading at an attractive
forward PER of 11.04x and p/book of 1.1x. Buy

Stock
has retraced 41% of its recent strong bullish advance from RM1.18 to
RM2.44. It is now sitting on a 4-year (2008 – 2012) resistance band of RM1.87
to RM2.02 and this is expected to be a relatively strong support for
the current correction. Hence, it is is appropriate to resume accumulation of
the stock now, especially with its fundamentals assured from its recent
win of an estimated RM2.5b contract for 5 years from Petronas Carigali for
hook up, commissioning and topside maintenance. In addition, PEnergy has an
option to purchase 2 work boats with one to be delivered by mid-year and the
other by the 3rd quarter. These vessels will add to their bottom
line as currently there is an imbalance of demand versus supply. Accumulate
