Stock
has performed tremendously well since listing in late May at an IPO px of
RM1.38. At this juncture we feel that most positive factors such as largest
convenience store (82%) market share and nationwide coverage plus an
aggressive expansion plan leading to a projected 3 year top line CAGR of 16%
has been priced in. Currently trading at a 2015(f) PE of 26.5x we are
recommending a trim with a buy back closer to the average VWAP price since
listing of RM1.60.

After
a stellar performance since its debut late 2013, touching a high of RM2.26,
the stock has been on a sharp decline after the announcement of its 4Q
numbers. Higher operating cost and losses from new outlets accounted for the
lower margins. We are still optimistic that the company can overcome these
short term hiccups on the back of 12-15 new outlet openings per year modeled
on being a pure pharmacy vs its competitors to differentiate itself.
Currently trading at 18x PE based on revised down earnings projections for
2015 we recommend a buy on weakness for a rebound back above RM2.00 on the
back of better quarterly numbers ahead.
