Its
price has gained 52% YTD vs the KLCI -1.4% on expectations its current
expansion will address capacity constraints.
The capacity expansion being carried will only be completed earliest
by end 2015 hence full year effect only felt in FYE June 2017. Latest set of
numbers (Q3 2015) indicated margin compression but this could be due to non
favorable product mix. Currently trading at a PE of 25x forward year based on
a fully diluted basis, we feel it’s a good opportunity to take profits and re
enter around the 47c levels.

researched small cap player with a sizeable construction order book of
RM2.1bn and a property development arm with a GDV of RM3bn. The company has
been linked to infra works of LRT 3 and MRT 2 lines. Construction div
currently contributes 80% of its top line. Trading at forward PE of only 5.7x
despite strong earnings visibility in the immediate future we rate the
company a buy with a target price of 66c or 7x PE in line with small cap
constn/prop developers average valuation.
