Co has been
announcing improving quarterly results backed by strong property sales as
evidenced by recently launched Glomac Puchong Ph 2 which was sold out within
a day. Unbilled sales has hit a new record of RM763m with remaining GDV at
RM5.7bn. Sitting on a cash pile of RM400m amid moderating land prices bodes
well for co’s land banking ambitions. Co is one of the cheapest property
names around trading at PER 5x backed by div yield of 6.7%, P:B 0.4x augurs
well should there be M&A for co. Share price is supported by co share
buyback especially since it is trading near its 200D SMA support level of
0.81. Price has seen a steady recovery after touching a low of 76c with a
target of RM1.00. Buy on weakness.

Co is confident
of striking a deal to develop the 1st 250ac of prime seafront land in Johor
soon in addition to negotiating with several tank farm operators from M.East,
Europe and China. Re-rating catalyst include further awards of a few more
state land reclamation projects, also awaiting for offtakers announcement and
EIA report is expected to be out in Dec. This recent selldown provides
investors a good opportunity to accum especially towards the 200D SMA
supports level at RM1.21. Technically oversold with MACD, RSI at 35, PER 11x.
