Stock has fallen 22% from
June's high of RM6.97 to Oct's low of RM5.46, bottoming within the confines
of a strong support band of RM5.60-5.30 levels. Its technical indicators
didn't break a recent low creating a positive divergence vis-a-vis its price
actions. Coupled with positive macd, SOP is attractive to accumulate
especially on weakness with its low forward PER of 12.6x (vs historical
average of 13.2x), its young tree age profile with increasing FFB production
& mgt's strong expertise in planting oil palms on peat soil. Co has a
strong balance sheet which enables them to acquire landbank when prices are
attractive. The co is in the midst of acquiring 9,600 ha of land. Accumulate

MMC is speculated to be
excluded from the Malaysian MSCI list by the end of this month. If this turns
out to be true, we view any sell down as an opportunity to buy the stock. MMC
is currently trading at steep discount of 36% - 58% to a range of market's
SOP of RM4.02 - 6.18, & any weakness in price will make MMC even more
attractive. MMC has its tentacles in the most attractive construction jobs in
Malaysia. Ytd, it has secured substantial govt-related contracts from water
treatment & supply, sewerage plant to the recently awarded KVMRT2 which
accounted for Gamuda's strong performance while MMC remains a laggard with
similar equity stake. MMC (in a consortium with Sumitomo) is also tipped for
the HSR contract. Other catalysts are the listing of Malakoff by 2Q15 &
the increased throughput in PTP from the 2M alliance & Maersk shifting up
to 2m TEUs from Singapore. Buy on any sell down especially when near strong
support just below the RM2.30 levels.
