significantly, enhancing its capability to finance upcoming investment
projects. Given its strong tenderbook of RM4.1bn, Co well positioned to
capitalize on significant new contracts in the near-to-medium term supported
by a strong orderbook of RM3.5bn. Stock is currently trading attractively at
10.7x FY15 & 9.3x FY16 PER, 0.78x FY15 & 0.74x FY16 p/bk whilst
yielding 4.4% FY15 & 4.6% FY16. MACD on verge of cutting up with oversold
RSI at 34; Accumulate.

yielding, defensive stock with 7.2% FY15 dividend yield and 85% payout ratio
in light of current market volatility. Recent purchase of shares by major
shareholders reaffirms Co is likely to maintain its dividend policy. Moving
forward, we expect more patronage to outlets as jackpots have ballooned to a
whopping RM46.8m recently vs RM19m and RM10m in Magnum and DaMaChai
respectively. Accumulate with strong support seen at RM3.36.
