HSL – the current rally
particularly in the two lead construction companies. Gamuda/IJM could
spillover into the midcap players. HSL a prominent East
Msia player has an order book of RM1.1bn and a sizeable tender
book which involve projects in: (i) Phase 2 Kuching Centralised Wastewater
System (RM700m), (ii) Pan-borneo highway (RM27b), and (iii) various
infrastructure (road and water) projects in SCORE area (Samalaju, Mukah, Tg
Manis). Trading at 9.5x PE forward year. We rate it a buy with a target
of RM1.85

CYPARK- The company has submitted the LTM project proposal for a
concession period of 25 years to the Government and expects the execution by
the first quarter. To fund this project the company proposed to place out up
to 40.98 million new Cypark shares, representing 20% of its share capital to
raise approximately RM70m, Besides the LTM project, Cypark has also
secured other landscaping and infrastructure projects at a total contract sum
of RM139.32mil, which include projects for Fairview International School
Nusajaya Sdn Bhd, Sistem Lingkaran-Lebuhraya Kajang Sdn Bhd, Johor Land Bhd
and Putrajaya Holdings Sdn Bhd. Trading
at a current year PE of 5.9x we rate it a buy with target of RM2.20
