price reached all time high despite weaker 9MFY15 result as Op exp from new
plant dragged its margin lower. RSI stood at 80%, with MarFY16 PE at 22x. We
believed its upside has been priced in as it trades above 3yr PE average of
18x, while latex (+10% since 31st Jan) could erode margins. Major
expansion plans from all major players could create stiffer competition and
trim margins in nitrile gloves. Sell into Strength with TP: RM7.00 (20xFY16)

Currently
trades at 23xFY15 with dividend yield of 3.6%, we see limited upside as WPRTS
has lost its appeal to extend Investment Tax Allowance (ITA) beyond 2014
hence reverting to tax rate of 24% (2014: 11%). We don’t see tariff hike as
govt has been proactive in reducing subsidies and electricity tariff
recently. Given FY15 earnings is expected to stagnant with negative bias, we
believe it is prudent to take profit and buyback at RM3.20
