The
share has consolidated very well at its strong support level of RM1.00 over
the past month. The latest acquisition of 305 acres of land in Sungai Petani
( GDV RM800m) will push its total GDV towards the RM10b mark. (Current GDV
pipeline RM1.4b from existing projects in Bt Gambang & Kuantan and RM7.5b
from new projects in Morib, Samariang & Langkawi). Trading at 7.5x &
5.5x for F09/15 & 16 respectively, we see this an excellent opportunity
to buy into a growth stock with a unique business model & in the hands of
committed company builders - Buy ( TP RM1.33 based on 7x FY16 EPS)

The
share price has climbed more than 50% over the past 3 months. This largely on
the back of healthy earnings forecast driven by higher product demand, strong
replacement cycle, healthy margins & positive exposure to strengthening
USD. Multiples has risen to c14.5x FY15, which is broadly in line with the
average PER of it’s global peers. We reckon positives are already reflected
in price, while Co is still exposed to unfavorable forex fluctuations &
equipment demand downturn – Trim.
