Century is
a leading provider of supply chain solutions involved in integrated
logistics, oil logistics, procurement logistics as well as data management
solutions. It achieved its highest PBT FYE 2014 of RM31.3m and expects its
earning base to further expand with its new RM140m 600k sq/ft multi storey
w/h in Klang, (completion at end 2015). This adds to its existing 1.5m
sq/ft. The company is also seeking to
grow via M&A and has identified a document management company to
complement its existing business. It will be internally funded with its cash
of RM60m which is set to grow by another RM20m after the proposed sale of
land to Top Glove. The company is expected to post top line of RM300m this
year, hitting half a billion by 2017. This equates to a current year PE of 9x
with a potential of 5.5x 2017. Accum based on its high growth trajectory with
an immediate target of RM1.12.

Current orderbook stood at MYR1bn as
of 20 Feb 2015, mostly from the global oil and gas industry while the
shipyard, construction and wind turbine industries make up the rest. The
order book will keep the company busy until 2016. Approximately 92% of the
order book originates from the O&G industry while 8% is contributed from
other industries. The average yard utilisation rate across its four plants in
Malaysia, Denmark, the United States and Australia currently stands at 85%.
Based on flat earnings this year the stock is currently trading at 7x
PE with a reasonable yield of 5.2%. Buy with a target of RM3.20.
