Px has been spiraling
down since being slapped with an RM21.6mil letter of demand from Nestle
Products Sdn Bhd for purported losses and damages. Century contends that the
demand from Nestle was “baseless and unsubstantiated”. Currently the company
manages about 2 million sq ft of warehousing space. It has two warehousing
facilities in Port Klang and four more in Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas.
Integrated logistics is its bread and butter contributing over 70% in
earnings. This year, the company will build Malaysia’s first multi-storey
warehouse that will see 600,000 sq ft of space being added. This will drive
earnings growth in FY16/17. Furthermore the company has been linked with South Korean and Japanese parties
looking for a strategic tie-up for access into the Malaysian market. Track
for further pullback to accumulate in light of overall weak market sentiment.
Compression in valuations could see small caps retrace to 6x fair valuations
ie ard 60sen which would yield a whopping 8%. BOW with resistance seen ard
the 88sen levels

Px has been relatively resilient in view
of the current market selldown, trading only 9% off its all-time high, This
is also despite global smartphone sales in the 2Q showing the slowest growth
since 2013. Management guided that current year sensor volume loading remain
healthy with good capacity utilisation however led continues to decline and
timing devices stagnant. Its new imaging sensor will begin production in Oct
15 with mass pro only likely by Apr 16. Currently trading at 21.5x PE falling
to 15.2x in 2016. We recommend a take profit at this juncture until better
clarity on the mass pro numbers for its imaging sensors by 4Q this year.
