Share price rose 8.6%
over the last few days following bullish technical indicators which were led
by a golden cross in the MACD and RSI dipping to oversold level. We feel that
this is an opportunity to Take profit and continue to sell into strength as
the Outlook for the group remain challenging after both of its highest
contributions CELCOM and Axiata XL contracted in 1H in results of heightened
competition & following the implementation of GST locally. Other risks
also include fluctuation of region currency as well as the US debt exposure
(44%) which the group plans to reduce over the next 6months to a year. Take
Profit.

Signature shr price
broke down following a weaker set of results following provisions to wipe off
doubtful debt and start a clean slate. Going forward the group is expected to
remain strong as orders will come from condominiums sold in 2012/2013,
catalysts includes China’s Country Garden (RM18bnGDV) condominium project in
Iskandar which expects to see contract flows (est RM180mil) over the next
couple of months following the completion in 2016; London Battersea Phase 1
kitchen (est RM160mil) job consisting of 800units that Signature is also
bidding for. Valuations is undemanding at 4.9x for FY16 with a 6.2% div
yield. Chart gapped down and formed a doji as the RSI languish at 1 year low
of 28%. Buy on Weakness.
