The share price has climbed c27% over the past 2
months despite the poor Q1 results which included RM85m in impairment charges
& RM19m for non recoverability of deposits. The rise was probably on the
back of the RM135m civil works & maintenance contracts won in April, and
is now trading close to long term resistance level of RM1.93. We reckon the
positives have been reflected. Risks remain in Construction OB replenishment,
demand for the De Centrum project & distraction from on-going legal
tussle with a substantial shareholder. Trading at 8.3x FY12/15 and RSI @ 72,
appears fairly valued – TRIM ( Buyback at RM 1.70).

has been in the forefront of providing innovative ICT for schools from
kindergarten to 12th grade. For FY09/14, it registered revenue
growth of 71% while net profit grew 8 folds. Ahead, apart from its Malaysian
& Singapore operations, it expects that its overseas expansion would be
the key catalyst for the company’s growth (products & services in
Indonesia, Vietnam & Philippines). The governments of several developed
countries have transformed their education policy for K-12 segment
(Kindergarten to year-12 of school education), encouraging private sectors to
be more involved in the public school education. The share price has eased
off c11% from its recent high – Trading Buy (TP RM0.42).
