2015
could be a big year for HSL as several high profile projects in Sarawak are
expected to be announced – Phase 2 Kuching Centralized Wastewater System
(RM0.8b), Pan Borneo Highway (RM27b) and various infrastructure projects
under SCORE. Group remains a prime beneficiary of these initiatives given the
limited competition from only a small pool of state registered contractors,
which should also sustain high construction margin. Construction OB remain
firm at RM950m and B/S strong with net cash @ RM149m at end Dec 2014. Trading
at an undemanding 11.3x FY15, given the numerous catalysts – Accumulate ( TP
RM2.12 based on 13x FY15).

The share price has added c14% since our
trading buy call early April. Co has since proposed to acquire 5.76 acres of
leasehold land in Puchong for RM95m ( RM378 psf). The acquisition caught some
by surprise as Co was probably more expected to land-bank in Seremban or
stick to more affordable options in Klang Valley. Valuation of 7.3x FY15
appear to be fair given current conditions (vs mid cap peers of 5.5-6x) while
dividend yield of 6% is just a slight premium to peers average of 5.5%.
Applied discount of 30% to RNAV also on the lower end vs average of c50%.
MACD is on the verge of cutting down with RSI at 68. - Trim ( Buy back at
RM2.80, 6.5x FY15).
