pay out will be more erratic as it relies on free cash flow as a determinant.
The competitive landscape that most telcos are facing will pressure higher
capex and pressure margins which is likely to see its historical yield of
around 7% unsustainable. Daily MACD is beginning to cut downwards signaling a
dip in price likely. Immediate support at RM6.76 followed by RM6.60. Trim.

Our preferred play in the telco
sector as it stand to benefit from infrastructure expansion by domestic telco
players in improving network coverage and 4G adoption. The company has also
embarked on improving its regional presence from Indonesia,
Cambodia, and now moving
into Myanmar, Laos and Vietnam. Price has
consolidated around the 90c awaiting new developments to spur it higher. This
could come in the form of the expected signing of a LOA with TM/P1 to expand
its 4G network infrastructure involving four thousand new site over the
course of the next 2-3years. Upside target of RM1.10. Accumulate.
