has gained 31% ytd and looks overbought with RSI at 74 on its plans to
expand regionally. We reckon the positives has already been priced in as it
trades at a hefty 17.9x FY17 PER vs 5-year historical of 13x. With management
guiding for moderate medium term growth and Co facing further delays in the
rollout of the Asia Pacific Gateway by 18 months, we recommend a Take Profit
stance with buyback at RM5.80 (15.8x FY17 PER).

Share price has been trading rangebound between RM3.75-RM4.00 levels
at an attractive 9.3x FY17 PER and 5.9% dividend yield. Co benefits from the
continued resilience of log prices, strong USD, recent crackdown on illegal
logging in Sarawak and strong demand from both India’s
infrastructure boom and Japan’s
preparation for the 2020 Olympics. Recent commencement of Co’s Tasmanian
plywood plant would see logistics cost reduced. Implementation of B10
biodiesel coupled with its young plantation profile of 6.5 years expected to
post double digit growth, we rate TAANN an Accumulate. (TP RM4.50 at 10.7x
FY17 PER).
