28th May where its stock completed a 1 into 5 subdision share
split. We believe share price has overshot its fundamentals as it trades at
22xPE vs 5 yr historical PE of 7.3x while annualised 1Q PER is 18x. P/B
stands at 5.8x n RSI stood at oversold level of 89%. Although its CEO expects
another record year growth of 10-15% for Islamic insurance industry, recent
filings shows he has been selling above RM3.60. Hence we advocate a sell into
strength with target buyback at RM3.36.
