Stock could see possible re-rating from impending PDP awards of the RM
27bn Penang Transport Master Plan and RM9bn LRT3 line which are expected to
be announced this month and next respectively. Furthermore, Co has been
pro-actively re-profiling its landbank during the current downcycle having
acquired 2600ac of land which brings total landbank to 4000ac (est GDV of
RM49bn). RSI oversold at 31 with an attractive 13.3x FY17 PER vs 15.8x
3-yr average; Accumulate (TP RM5.65 on 15x PE FY17).

Japan’s journey to legalize casino gambling entered a decisive phase
after a bill to allow the opening of casino-based Integrated Resorts was
submitted to Parliament with expectations of the bill being passed by latest,
October which will create the world’s 3rd biggest gaming industry.
With the recent price weakness – RSI at 32 and attractive valuation of 13.5x
FY17 PER (vs 20.7x 3-yr historical average), we see this as an opportune time
to position into Genting. Buy (TP RM9.30 on 15.1x FY17 PER).
