touched a new low of RM0.505 ex rights/warrants as a result of the overall
weak sentiment in the market. The price does not reflect the relatively
stronger footing that the company is now on in terms of debt management. This
has enable it to establish a MTN program of up to SGD300m. This is likely to
be drawn down to partly fund the recently announced Thai RE project and also
to help kick off its eagerly expected financial close of the Peterborough
project. They are also expected to announced further RAPID related sub
contacts secured over the next few months. We continue to recommend a buy at
these levels with the Peterborough catalyst just around the corner with an
immediate target of RM0.62.

KESM
– The counter has gained 56% YTD particularly after the acquisition of the
remainder shares (34.6%) of KESM Test from Sunright Limited at a price of
RM35.0mn is part of the group’s restructuring exercise. This is in line with
its strategy to growth its testing business. KESM is the largest independent burn-in and test
services provider locally. Earnings are riding on strong demand growth for
automotive electronics as they contribute
70% of KESM’s total burnin and test sales. Current year est earnings of 26c
is projected to jump 40% to 36c in FY2016 due to the above factors. At
current price most of the positives looks factored into its forward valuation
of 10x PE for small caps hence we are calling a trim into strength.
