FY12 net profit grew 86% achieving RM22.3mil and
inline with market expectations. These were due to more UzmaPres units being
delivered and improve performance from 70% owned MECAS. FY13 earning is
expected to rise another 30% to RM30mil based on existing orderbook in hand.
Uzma is expected to benefit from Government’s push into marginal field and
EOR by providing research analysis and supply of chemicals. Current orderbook
stands at about RM1bn with tenderbook estimated around RM2bn. Share price has
retraced from RM1.83 high in Jan with 61.8% retracement at RM1.58. We believe
this is a good entry level as this values company at 7xFY13. MACD is turning
up. Trading buy with TP RM2.00

Ytd share price has fallen close to 9% with support
seen around the RM4.70 level. FY12 earnings were slightly below estimate due
to higher than expected losses at the heavy industries division and lower
than expected CPO ASPs. Company has just completed the purchase of 12.84acres
Jln Cochrane land from LTAT which is part of a larger 60acres land with GDV
of RM10bn. Another possible JV with LTAT is on the Batu Cantonment army camp.
We expect the heavy industry division to recover on the back of the RM9bn
Navy contract. Currently trades at 11.5xPE with MACD on the verge of cutting
up. Dividend yield remains attractive at 6.4%. Accumulate TP: RM5.20
