Share price has retraced 12.6% from
its high of RM2.61 on 16th Apr after they were granted approval from Federal
DOE. We believe this is a good level to accumulate as company is expected to
get formal approvals from state government soon. This would allow E&O to
reclaim 760 acres of sea front land with estimated cost of only RM85psf vs
market price of approximately RM500psf. GDV is estimated at RM25bn which on
its own is 10x company market cap. While potential mergers of property
companies held PNB could see further catalyst. Accumulate with TP: RM3.00

Share price has fallen 14.6% from
its recent peak of RM0.855 this is despite winning the major Langat 2 water
project which saw its unbilled orderbook doubling to RM641.8m which is 3x its
current turnover. Tenderbook is also healthy at RM2.2bn with win rate of
20-30%. Its property division is expected to start contributing in 2014
following strong takeup rate of 72% for RES 280 (GDV: RM160m). Next year will
see the launching of its Johor project with GDV of RM1.2bn. After selling its
china water concession assets, Salcon sits on net cash estimated at RM270m
(44sen) which makes up 60% of its market cap. Its warrants (104.8m shares)
that expired recently has an exercise price of RM0.75 which could provide a buffer
ahead of its last subscription date of 20th May. Trading Buy: RM0.805
