Recent heightened in Dengue and JE cases has
seen buying interest returned for Healthcare stocks with heathy gains seen in
June for Hovid+18%, KPJ+10%, and IHH+14% while Pharma only gained 5.6%.
Demand locally for pharmaceutical products is expected to remain strong via
rising affluence of citizens and governments focus on citizen wellbeing. The
Health Ministry has also hinted in the past that it will table an aged care
bill this year to raise the standard of aged care. Its manufacturing division
has overtaken to become the major contributor thus reducing its reliance on
concession business. Its venture into overseas markets such as Indonesia and
Saudi Arabia will stoke its growth going forward. Trades at 13.5xFY15 PER
with dividend yield of 4% vs historical average of 15-17x. Accumulate with

Currently trades close to its key support
level of RM1.55 level and 200MA. YTL is among the cheapest conglomerate at
10.7xFY15 PER with dividend yield of 2.9%. Key catalyst for YTL is the HSR to
Singapore which is expected to cost over RM40bn. SPAD is now undertaking
phase 2A of its feasibility studies which involves both countries agreeing,
technical surveys, socio-economic analyses on stations and environmental
analysis with physical construction expected to begin in late 2015. Other
catalyst includes extension works for ERL to Melaka (RM8bn) and award of IPP
track 4A for YTLPOWR. Buy with TP: RM1.93 (13xFY15 PER)
