Stock has been sold down since
ann 3Q numbers which sequentially, earnings dipped to RM4.7mil (vs. ~RM12mil
each in 1Q and 2Q) due mainly to the adverse forex impact in the purchase of
raw materials for its steel structures division. The impact is expected
to normalize with the annual TNB tender worth RM900/pa called in Nov with the
current prevailing prices factored into the new contracts. Scable is also the
leading contender to grab the lion’s share of a RM500m transmission contact
to supply 500KV to Sarawak over a 2 year period. Their investment in a
Sumatran Hydro Plant will also begin to contribute in the 1Q 2016 as
commissioning is expected by Feb 2016. Trading at a current year PE of
12x and earnings growth prospects of 50% in 2016 we rate this a good buying
opportunity to accumulate with and immediate target of RM1.76.

TADMAX (RM0.31) – share price is
beginning to see some renewed interest after slipping to a 52wk low of 24sen
in Aug after finalizing its sale of Pulau Indah land to 1MDB in June. This
has enabled the company to retire the bulk of its borrowings and concentrate
on its core biz of property development. First few stages of its mix
affordable housing project in Labuan is not expected to be profitable however
the 5 year development will turn in handsome gains once Phase 4 of the mix
development begins. The company continues to actively explore avenues to
monetize its 80ha tract of land in Indonesia acquired in 2011. Trades at a
significant discount to its NA of 60sen. We rate it a buy on possible
realization of its significant book assets.
