end-in-sight. Additionally, cost pressures remain on weaker MYR, high device

Stock has retraced c13% since the announcement of its strategic
partnership with SATS presenting a good opportunity to accumulate. Technicals
appears bullish with macd having just made the golden cross whilst trading
above all ST and LT moving averages. Catalysts include growth in Non-Aviation
Catering (NAC) with contracts secured from Emirates lounge and MAHSA with
possibility of catering for other airlines and public & corporate arena,
and cost savings (RM5-6m/year) from SATS’ 1st payment tranche and
possible tenders to Mid East and Asia Pacific airlines and airports
leveraging on SATS’ extensive networks. Trades at 20x fwd PER and 1x p/bk;
Accumulate.
