Earnings will be supported by estimated total sales of RM1.5bn for FY12 with targeted launches of RM3bn for next 12-18months. UOADEV has diversified its landbank from just Bangsar South with futures launches including Kencana Square@Glenmarie, Desa III, Desa II Phase 1 (Commercial), Desa Green and Kerinchi SoHo.
