has been outperforming in the industry with share price gaining 44% YTD.
Although group’s fundamentals are expected to improve in 2013 (with
them introducing its new surgical glove production line in 4QFY12 and to
increase capacity) the recent strength in the share price was largely inline
with the stronger USD against MYR. Currently the share price is trading at
13x PE vs its 5 year average of 11x. Current price also trades close to most
of the analyst’s target (RM4.83 mean) thus upside from here could be limited.
Technical indicators are overbought with RSI at 73%, and MACD at its highest
point YTD. Propose a SELL into strength behind the weaker overall market
condition and a BUYBACK at RM4.00 based on 11x PE.
