With recent petrol and diesel px increase, HLI may
stand to benefit from its Yamaha motorcycles segment as people may opt to
travel via a more fuel efficient manner and buy more motorbikes.
Implementation of minimum wage will continue to spur demand for the
motorcycles too. Recently commissioned it 2m MT capacity cement plant will
benefit from ongoing ETP projs as well as continuation of bldng and MRT
projs. Trades at attractive PER 10.7x backed by decent yield of 5%.
Technically MACD oversold and RSI at 48 and shr price has retraced from high
of RM5.68 and currently converging at 10,50D SMA lvl-Accum (t) RM6.

Stk has retraced from peak of RM8.70 on concerns
about its Indo PT Bank Niaga performance in a slowing economy as well as
prolonged RBS merger costing issues. Recent 2Q numbers were neutral as it was
dragged down by PT Bank Niaga, Treasury and IB divisions although NIMs
stablised and loans growth was stronger. Technically, MACD way oversold with
RSI at mere 29. Evidence of GLCs providing support at current lvls even as
foreign selling tapers further indicates a strong support at current lvls.
Trades at PER 11.5x, yield 4.3%, P:B 1.8x v MBB 1.95x, PBB 3.2x-Accum with
target of RM8.50 ie P:B 2x
