Share price has retraced back to its strong
support RM2.70levels. Current consolidation is an opportunity to accumulate
as earnings is expected to improve further for Oct FYE15 as company targets
to achieve its 40MW quota from current RE capacity of 30MW. With regard to
its waste-to-energy project in Ladang Tanah Merah, management targets to
start operations of the sanitary landfill and receive first tonnage of waste
in August this year. Government’s continued focus on RE bodes well for the
industry with plans to increase generation capacity from RE sources to 5-6%
of total generation capacity by 2015 from 2% currently. Currently trades at
9xFY15 PER and 3.9% dividend yield. TP: RM3.20

Share price has outperformed the market with
YTD gains of 72.5%. We believe current share price has reflected its upside
as it currently trades at 15.8xFY15 vs some construction peers of Gamuda 14x
and IJM 13x. Moving forward high CAPEX is expected to cap dividend growth
with 20%-owned OM Materials (OMS) expecting to ramp up capacity in 1H2015
while a phosphorous plant and its third cement grinding factory is on the
cards with CMS expected to invest RM600mil. Currently trades at 19xFY14 vs
historical PE average of 10x. We advocate a Sell into strength with TP:
RM3.50 (14xFY15)
