TNLOGIS (RM1.02) – Group is one of the
largest logistics and warehousing service provider in the country with over
1,900 trucks providing service from refrigerated containers services to cross
borders services & over 60 warehouses with 3.5mil sq feet equipped with
warehouse management systems and integrated logistics management system to
ensure efficiency when storing and delivering goods. Group’s upcoming earning
catalyst will come from investing in greater automation systems and also a
RM100mil multi storey warehouse to further improve its capabilities and cost
efficiency. Share price fell from a high of RM1.40 and have bottomed at
RM0.91. Currently trading at undemanding valuation of 5.7x PE with div yield
of 3.6%. BUY with an immediate TP of RM1.16 (50% retracement) which will also
fulfil the gap created on the 7/8/2015.

price fell to a low of RM2.10 and consolidated around current levels. Matrix
concepts’ long term prospect should remain intact as the group’s positioning
in the niche affordable housing segment in the greater Klang Valley remains
firm. Group’s unbilled sales of RM400 will provide visibility for the year.
Currently only trading at 6x PE for FY16, pays 7.0% yield which is comparable
to REIT average of 6.3%. and is trading at 39% discount to RNAV of
RM3.75. Weekly MACD showed signs of bottoming, MACD pending a golden
cross. Buy with an immediate TP to RM2.80 based on 6.3% yield.
