Share price remain
resilient as it remains a beneficiary of the Selangor state govt’s intentions
to reduce high NRW (from 36% to 25%) by means of more pipe replacements now
that it has completed the takeover of the Puncak water treatment plants &
distr infrastructure. Prospects remain bright with the likes Langat 2,
RAPID, Kuantan Industrial Park coming on-stream boosting both top &
bottom line growth. Undemanding valuation should also provide sufficient
margin of safety to limit downside. Only 6.1x FY16 PE, p/bk of 0.73x.
Horizontal break out neckline seen at RM1.20; MACD looking to cut up. Suggest
a Buy on weakness

Share price outperformed over the past 2
months doubling its share price on favourable conditions namely stronger USD
and exp of higher demand for plywood. Albeit there are no change in
fundamentals, we feel that the rich current valuations of 13x vs its 4 year
historical of 6x offers more risks to reward at this price considering that
the small cap group does not have a timber concession; faces risk of
escalating raw material prices and labour costs. Div yield only 2% at this
price warranting a slight pullback towards the RM2.00 – RM2.10 level. Trim
Position.
