Share price appreciated 37% in 2 months since
our technical breakout call on the 11 of Sept. At this price stock is trading
at 8x PE and only pays div 2.8%. While there are no change to its
fundamentals, technically the stock is overbought with its RSI sitting at 83%
and while the MACD showed signs of an imminent death cross followed by a
consolidation of share price. Long term catalyst remain in tact with the
group being one of the beneficiaries of the TPPA and also its listing of its
warehouse REIT. At this juncture we suggest a take profit with the BB level at
20SMA of RM1.29 & RM1.23 (38% retracement). Take Profit.

We like the group for 1) its R&D which concentrates on optimizing
its operations 2) more higher margin product launches as part of their expand
the biotech segment 3) steady stream of earnings helped the group maintain
its consistent dividend payout (90<% net profit) 4)Favourable USD as 90%
revenue is exported. Valuations seem undemanding at 12.7x and pays 6.9% div
yield (FY16). Group is also with no debt and is net cash of 0.30 cents per
share. Technical chart formed a bullish triangle flag pattern with a breakout
above RM1.63 with a RM0.23c upside; Chart broke out on the 2nd of
Nov with volume but have not fulfilled its target. Upcoming T4 on the 6th
Nov could be a chance to accumulate and ride the technical trend upwards.
ACCUMULATE on weakness with a TP of RM1.80.
