Carlsberg (RM12.74): Carlsberg 9months earnings outperformed
the consensus at 82% and we believe upcoming quarters to remain strong,
supported by Christmas and CNY. Given the uncertain economic condition and
upcoming election, Carlsberg offers an above average yield at 5.17% for FY13
compared to Guiness (4.4%), BAT (4.8%), Nestle (3.9%), JTI (4.18%). Earnings
will continued to be supported by improvement in margins as management focus
more on premium beer segment Kirin and in-house brewing of Kronenbourg which
is 10-15% more expensive. TP: 13.60

retracing 6.5% from RM9.60 levels. RSI has fallen to oversold levels of 15
while MACD has begun to turn. Recent weakness in CPO prices could be
the reason for the fall but as we enter a seasonally lower production period
CPO price is expected to remain resilient. Improving economic outlook in
China could also see uptick in demand from China. SIME remains the cheapest
big planter trading at 13.4x PE with a gross yield of 3.9%. SIME being a key
component of the KLCI could also see support for year-end closing. Trading
