support level. We believe this offers an opportunity to
accumulate as fundamentally company is backed by its RM4b.5n orderbook with
c.77% contracted till 2018. Recent announcement of 10% private placement
would raise approximately RM300mil in war chest for potential acquisitions.
Dayang is currently bidding for MYR400m worth of EPCC jobs, with the outcome
likely to be known by Oct. Earnings in the 2H2014 is expected to pick up with
Shell and Petronas Carigali HUC contracts in full swing. Accumulate with

consolidated well from its high of RM2.40 with MACD on the verge of turning
positive. Company has a cash position of RM130mil which is expected to be
used for a major project. Current setbacks from UniMy is expected to ease in
FY15 when a new shareholders enters and more undergraduate, diploma and PhD
courses is being introduced. Its O&G school is expected to garner pace
with targeted students of 1500 in 2015 to fill the demands for skilled
workers in RAPID projects. Further catalyst could come from PISA project and
renewal of IC Citizens project. Currently trades at 18.8xFY15 PER and
Dividend yield of 3.5%. Trading Buy with TP: RM2.40
