Share price is currently sitting on the 25MA
and should find support here, recent weakness saw the share price top at
RM5.09 after running from RM3.98 two months ago and we believe that this
breather is an opportunity to accumulate. Fundamentals remained steady with a
growth for the next few years will be driven by high margin sensors that are
used in wearable devices, 3rd generation proximity sensors and
imaging sensors. Valuations currently trading at a slight premium 14.8x for
FY 16 but we believe that the valuation is fair due to its ability to deliver
on its earnings and its attractive fwd CAGR of 22-24%. Group also pays 5.2%
div yield. Accumulate.

Share price has been range bound from RM2.05-
RM2.52 over the past few months and has found a strong base around the
RM2.26. Technical chart also revealed a break out neckline at RM2.28 that
will lead to a new uptrend. Fundamentals are solid with most of its
plantation profile ranging from 4-7year old and FFB growth for the next 3
years will remain amongst the high teens. Recent news of Malaysia extended
its zero export duties in March will also continue to support CPO prices.
