share price continues to linger around its 52wk low of RM2.04. This is
partly attributable to the concerns over the slow down in China and Singapore
however these two regions only account for 14% of total sales. Immediate year
earnings are also mostly secured by its unbilled order book of Rm1.45bn.
Stability of future earnings has also been improved with the successful
launch of the IOI City Mall which will add to its recurring investment
income. Trading at a current PE of 12.5x and a steep discount to its RNAV of
RM3.90, we recommend accumulating with an immediate price target of RM2.50 (DN)
