Company may face headwinds in
producing the projected SSSG of 4.6% in FY2015 with the uncertain impact of
the introduction of GST. Consumer sentiment is likely to be curtailed and its
effect on sales may only be seen in the following quarters. Trading at its
immediate resistance levels of RM1.60 after rallying from RM1.30 we recommend
a trim as earnings are susceptible to downgrades with valuation of 24x FY
2015. Downside immediate target of RM1.45.

Riding high on the crest interest
in exporters, the counter has hit a 5 year high. Quarter results
have been bolstered by lower raw material prices and firmer USD pushing gross margins to quarterly high of 14.1%.
These conditions are unlikely to be long term. RSI is now in an overbought
position of 81 and we expect a pullback soon with an immediate downside
target of RM5.80. Sell into strength.
