DRB (RM2.40)–is in midst of reorganising divisions:
restructuring plans for recently acquired Proton will be finalised by early
Dec, finally completed rationalisation of its distributorship biz between EON
and Proton Edar. Foreign element is improved with recent tie up with Honda
for hybrid cars and its impending VW plant expected to be completed by end
Dec. Co is also finalising Lotus’ turnaround plan and details of Affin and
Muamalat merger to be known by year end. Stk has retraced back to attractive
trading buy lvls after peaking at RM2.60 recently and is trading at a very
attractive PER 4x making it the cheapest auto conglomerate.
