Censoft acquired a 45.06% @ 20sen last year
from Khazanah eyeing the jewel in the group, Dagang Net. Dagang Net concession
with Royal Malaysia Customs expires in 2014 but the key is their client base
of 13k, which could Censoft to leverage selling their FMSS systems utilizing
Maxpaygate as a possible GST payment gateway. This opportunity has resurfaced
after the media quoted the Royal Malaysian Customs Director General
clarifying that MY EG Services Bhd has not been elected by the govt to
collect GST. Trading buy on potential positive development on GST with an
immediate target of 38 sen.
