Share price has consolidated well at the
RM3.80 level since Aug with valuation at 12xFY15 PER. Group has a young
plantation profile (average approximately 6 years) and expect to post double
digit production growth (10-20%) for its FFB for the next few years. Ta Ann’s
Tasmanian veneer processing line which is being upgraded to include a plywood
processing line is on track for completion and is expected to be commissioned
by early 2015. Log prices continue to be strong, given strong demand from
India and Myanmar’s ban on export. Accumulate with TP: RM4.55 (16.9x FY15)

Share price has fallen back to its key
support level of RM4.50. We believe this is an opportunity to accumulate
PHARMA which provides a decent yield of 4.5% with steady earnings coming from
its long term concession to purchase, store, supply and distribute approved
drugs and medical products to 148 government hospitals and 1,400 clinics and
district offices nationwide until 2019. Malaysia's will become an aging
population by 2021 with over 7.1% aged over 65 years. The group aims to add
about 200 new products over the next 10 years to its existing portfolio of
around 500 products. This should boost demand for its products and lift
earnings. Additionally, its small volume injectables (SVI) will benefit from
the expiration of patents of well-known drugs or better known as "patent
cliff". Trades at 12.5xFY15 PER. Accumulate TP of RM5.35 based on 14.5x
FY15 EPS
