PESTECH (RM5.91): Share price has
outperformed the overall mkt w 18% gain in the past month. Although prospects
for company remain bright with its exposure in the Indochina power sector
(esp Cambodia), we advocate a Sell into Strength amidst a weaker global
sentiment. Technical chart shows MACD on the verge of cutting down while RSI
stood at 77%. FY16 PER is 17x vs 5yr average of 13x. We prefer TENAGA in the
power sector which trades at 9.6xPER. Take Profit w target buy back RM5.26
(15xPER)

Genting (RM7.98) – it broke
its double top neckline at RM8.01 on huge volume on Friday, thereby
confirming its earlier take-out of its longer-term RM8.11 critical support.
The immediate downside is towards RM7.60-7.50 before exposing the mid-term
support at the RM7.10-6.95 levels. Last week, its 53% sub, Genting Spore,
warned that 2Q15 net will fall significantly as a result of unfavourable
market conditions (likely downturn in gambling by mainland Chinese) and
derivative & FX losses. The official results will be released on Aug 13.
In addition, Genting is one of the KLCI stocks with big foreign exposure (54%
in June’15). Sell now & buy back below RM7.20.
