its recent lvl of RM2.30 w RSI of 30%. Share price has also retraced 61.8%
from its previous low in Dec’14. Company is a good proxy to infra play in
Msia w RAPID, MRT2, LRT3 n highway subcontract jobs expected to pick up in

support level of RM0.64-0.65. We believe its fundamentals remain intact 1)
RM700m order book and RM2.23b tender book, 2) mixed development projects in
Johor (RM1.2b GDV expected launch early 2016) and KL (RM1.3b GDV next to
Warisan 118), 3) exclusive rights to lay fibre optic cables along Prasarana’s
LRT, BRT and monorail lines over 15 years. Company is already in discussions
w all telcos as potential clients for this network. FY16 is projected to
