KEURO (RM1.02): 4QFY12 will see significant milestones achieved by KEURO where company looks to firm up its concession agreement for the RM7bn WSE by Oct. The highway will cover 316km and is awarded based on a BOT basis with a concession period covering 60 years. Another significant project is via 50% owned associate Radiant Pillar that owns 1,877.87acres of land with project renamed Bandar Rimbayu (formerly Canal City). GDV is significant estimated at RM10bn with launches by end of year. Recent weakness due to quarterly losses offers opportunity to accumulate ahead of re-rating events. (TYK)

MY EG (RM0.745) – latest pullback offers a window of opportunity to collect at its initial support levels of RM0.75 ahead of what we believe will be a steady double digit growth in earnings numbers as the company adds to its online Government services that it already offers. Some of its existing services include driving license processing and payment plus police summonses and payment. They will soon add voluntary vehicle ownership transfer and foreign worker permit renewal. RSI currently below neutral, we are looking at an initial upside target of RM0.82. Accumulate.
