Company is making inroads into Peninsula
Malaysia with its latest maiden contract win of RM205m MRT job, bumping its
construction OB to RM1.1bn which will last the co 3 years v its market cap
RM450m. Co is also positioning itself more into property development by
kick-starting its new mixed development project at Bintulu Old Airport (GDV
of RM2.0b over a period of about 10-15 years), launching a street mall with a
GDV of RM400m in 2013. This is a strategic move riding on development and
activities in Samalaju Industrial Park. Co will continue to post improved
quarterly results riding on more property launches and will be a main
beneficiary of SCORE. Also, expect increased contribution from its 33.6%
owned Dayang which is expected to participate in some HUCC contracts in Pan Malaysian
Cluster. Trading at mere PER 6x, yield of 4%-Buy on weakness.

Stock has retraced down to recent lows of
RM1.71(200D SMA support at RM1.68),providing good opportunity for investors
to accumulate this defensive name with strong earnings visibility from
concessions. There should be limited downside as it is backed by co share
buybacks. Re-rating catalysts include possible privatization of subsidiaries
which will be earnings accretive - imminently YTLPower, infra contract for
KL-Spore high speed rail project or any M&A as co eyes distressed
European assets. Co is armed with warchest of RM4bn, targeting to maintain
div yield of 5%-BUY.
