Following a spectacular 58% rise in share price over
past 6 months, technical indicators are currently pointing to an overbought
position with RSI @ 70, macd on verge of cutting down and profit taking
activities. We feel its recent announcement to venture into the
telecommunication industry has already been priced and is only expected to be
completed in 2H’15. Currently trades at 17x FY16 PER vs 5-year historical
average of 11.7x, we recommend a Take Profit stance with a buy-back at more
attractive levels – RM4.70 to 4.80.

accumulation especially with – 1) recent announcement to diversify its
revenue base to a recurring model via its JV to operate education centres,
F&B operations and theme park, 2) re-branding activities focusing on
lifestyle concepts, 3) improvement in profitability from China and Vietnam
owing to a low base effect and 4) undemanding valuations with 13.3x FY16 PER,
0.9x P/bk and 3.9% FY16 dividend yield. Accumulate with macd cutting up – TP
RM2.50.
