Group will continue to deliver higher earnings in FY15 as it rides on its
Microsoft Licensing Solution Provider for the public sector. Shr price
could also see a rerating over the near term as the group expect +ve
news flows over the next 6 months which incld the likely ext in the IC
citizen projects, 3P, MUSE, RBCTs and new projs implementation such as
PISA Acceleration Project. Trading at 16.5x FY16 P/E, a dividend yield
of 3.2% & a multitude of potential re-rating catalysts. Technicals
look poised for a breakout as MACD pending golden cross, shr px formed a flag
pattern with a break out point of RM2.60 with an immediate tp of
RM2.78-RM2.85. Accumulate ( TP RM3.14 based on 20x FY16)

Interest
in the stock will likely pick up as the RM30-40b High Speed Rail plans will
see further clarity following the 11th Malaysia Plan being tabled on the 21st
of May. Group is not only one of the more experienced candidates bidding for
the proj (given its previous involvement in the ERL) but is also amongst the
cheapest of conglomerates at only 12x FY 16 PE vs its 7 year average of
12.9x. Group also has the highest yield amongst the CI with 5.7% yield which
is sustainable supported by its cashpile. Share px created a base around the
RM1.64; MACD turning up at the baseline. Trading BUY with an immediate TP up
to RM1.82.
