RSI approaching overbought level at 73%. We advocate a sell into strength as
earnings are expected to be suppressed with higher volume of LNG purchased at
market prices this year compressing its margins. Currently trades at hefty
valuation of 32xFY15 PER with yield at 2.8%. Trim with Buy back level of
RM2.40.

Share price has fallen 12%
since the announcement of plans to increase stake in Perdana on 15th
May. We believe the deal is positive to Dayang in the long term as it gives
the company exposure to PERDANA’s relatively young fleet of OSV vessels to
capitalise on long-term opportunities in HUCC job. Although debt level is
expected to rise, it is still at manageable level and will be earnings accretive
to Dayang. Earnings visibility remains strong with orderbook of RM4bn. Buy
with TP: RM2.80
